TRICOM FUNDAMENTALS
INSTRUCTOR COURSE
Use of Force / Defensive Tactics
The TRICOM Fundamentals Instructor Course will be offered for the first time in Canada. The course is restricted to law enforcement and police instructors and over the course of the 4 days, multiple modules from the TRICOM training system will be instructed.
Interestingly enough, the TRICOM system which was developed by Jared Wihongi aligns with Canada's own National Use of Force Framework and is in fact referred to in our course delivery.
TRICOM addresses gaps
In this 3 Day certification course, it focuses on required legal responsibilities that pertain to licensed security professionals from provincial legislation to federal statute law and how it ties in with the application of force.
The Course maintains a performance assessment component and all participants must attend all modules, exhibit a clear understanding and demonstrate proficiency in the techniques to successfully complete the course.

Participants Require the following:

Active Sworn Law Enforcement / Police Instructor

Duty belt, chain-link handcuffs, handcuff key, expandable baton, baton scabbard

Blue training gun, training knife

Boxing gloves, focus mitts, Muay Thai pads

Cargo or uniform pants, comfortable shirt, indoor / mats shoes
